Hillary Smith, CMP, CSEP brings over 10 years of event design and meeting management experience to the Koncept Events team. While her primary focus is in relationship retention and new business development, Ms. Smith’s greatest strengths lie in providing creative solutions for unique event design and formulating effective options that maximize each client’s budget. Smith was awarded 2007 Bizbash Planner of the Year and was named as a Finalist for 2008 Event Solutions Spotlight Award for Event Planner of the Year East.

With over 10 years of brand marketing and event coordination experience, Angela Nelson is the operations and logistical genius behind Koncept Events’ growing success. Her extensive background in performance based team management has allowed her to effortlessly spearhead the KE team providing flawless execution, without fail, program after program. Ms. Nelson’s greatest strength is her ability to look beyond a challenge, evaluate risk and see clearly to the best solution available for our client. With more than 11 years in event planning, Courtney brings her diverse background in large scale outdoor events and corporate event planning to Koncept Events. Courtney’s energy, enthusiasm and project management skills make her the go to planner for all things complex. With a ‘no event is impossible’ attitude, she uses her abilities to create flawless events while keeping a smile on her face and a charming character which allows for perfect execution at critical moments. Throughout her career she has managed multiple clients and multiple events simultaneously and has developed a keen sense of anticipating a client’s need. After graduating cum laude with a degree in event management, Kendall spent 2 years with a boutique furniture rental company before joining Koncept Events. Her professional background, “bargain-shopper” mentality and “find a needle in a haystack” research skills allow Kendall to create customized proposals and cutting edge event concepts for KE clients. Kendall is definitely “Rising Star” at KE as well as in the events industry.

Also acting as Office Manager, Megan provides support for our team and maintains order within KE by communicating with all departments.
