Our tireless team just finished a world-wind of 8 back-to-back events…and that was just last week!
Starting with a conference for 250 at the Marriott Marco Island, Koncept Events produced a combination of 2 cutting edge events that blended century old antiques with modern accents to communicate traditional themes. The first, a Nautical welcome reception on the beach featured sleek lounge furniture groupings custom slipcovered in navy blue and white stripes, bright festive colors of coral, turquoise and yellow were paired with wooden tables and flowing fabric. A variety of authentic Nautical relics were rented from local antique dealers and used as centerpieces along with touches of florals, lanterns, bouys, rope and wooden pilons. Western was the chosen theme for the final night reception outside on the terrace. KE chose to use long 8ft tables vs. rounds to add variety to the evening event’s seating. Denim and bandana linens created the groundwork for the event but it was the KE special touches and attention to detail that really made this event stand out. A variety of tables runners were used including distressed suede, real cowboy chaps and hand-carved pine wood sheets while mason jars, haybales, cowhide rugs, rocking chairs, cacti, steer heads and even a 100 year old plow and wagon wheel transported guests back to the times of the Wild Wild West! From there, we were only picking up steam re-packing the truck and heading up to Tallahassee making a stop in Boca and prepping now for 2 events in Orlando and Amelia Island.
